- There is no physical shipment involved in eSIM purchases.

Delivery Time
eSIM QR code and setup instructions are typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour, especially during high traffic or manual verification requirements.

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

Incorrect Email or Contact Info
If you provided incorrect contact information (email or phone), and the eSIM is delivered to that address, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
