At We Developers, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their eSIM purchases. Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy After Activation
Once an eSIM has been successfully delivered and activated (scanned or installed on a device), no refunds or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
- The eSIM profile has not been delivered (i.e., QR code or installation instructions were not sent).
- The eSIM cannot be installed or used due to technical issues originating from our system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
- The eSIM is not compatible with your device, provided that device compatibility guidelines were followed as per our website.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Incompatibility with your device if it was not checked prior to purchase.
- Accidental purchase or change of mind.
- Issues caused by user error (e.g., deleting the eSIM, installing on the wrong device).
- Poor or no network coverage in the destination country (coverage is provided by third-party telecom operators).

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@wwesim.com within 7 days of purchase, and include:
- Order ID
- Email used during purchase
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or proof if applicable
- Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage users to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension or blacklisting.
